Club Mobility
Performance stretch is a mobility focused class that is a combination of multiple methods of stretching to increase over all day to day functions, improves range of motion, posture, and alleviates body aches/pains, while recovering faster between workouts, decreasing muscle tension and boosting your blood circulation!

Club Barre
Barre is a low-impact, high-results workout that focuses on small movements that lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. We focus on low-impact isometric movements that tone and sculpt all those little muscles you never knew you had while creating long lean lines. Form is most important in this class keeping you and your joints safe at all times. Find your shake, let it burn and see the growth all while jamming out to a fun playlist! Barre socks required for this class.

Club Body Balance
Strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize your body in this mindful, full-body class. Using controlled movements and focused breathwork, you’ll build core strength, improve balance, and leave feeling centered, strong, and in control.

Fight Club
Get ready to unleash your inner fighter in this high-energy, total-body workout! Fight Club combines cardio kickboxing with strength training for a powerful, calorie-burning session. You'll punch, kick, and strike your way through heart-pumping cardio intervals while incorporating bodyweight and resistance exercises to build strength and tone muscles.

Club Bounce & Barre
Club Bounce + Barre is our beginner level bounce class and features an attached handlebar that provides increased stability and security while focusing on the basic rebounding exercises. All levels welcome in this class! 300 lb weight maximum. Athletic sneakers recommended for bounce classes.

Club Bounce
A low-impact rebounding class filled with sweat, fun and adrenaline! This heart pumping class will leave you feeling strong and energized. The benefits of rebounding are too many to name here but include lymphatic detoxification, improved immune system, improved core strength, balance and posture as well as reduced risk of osteoporosis and increased bone strength. We intersperse segments of cardio bouncing combinations with strength training sections using the trampolines. Can you believe bouncing has been shown to burn just as many (or more) calories on the Rebounder than a 5 mile run without the stress on your joints and with less time?! No muscle will go untouched with this full body cardio sculpting class. 300 lb weight maximum.

Club Cycle
With the lights dimmed and the music loud, we ride to the beat as a tribe in this class for a fun endorphin-fueled, heart rate raising workout that will leave you dripping in sweat and looking forward to the weighted arm breaks. All levels welcome. Wear athletic sneakers or spin shoes with SPD cleats.

Club 20/20/20
Join us for the ultimate class: 20 minutes of Spin, 20 minutes of Strength Training and 20 minutes of Yoga! Experience the best of all of these worlds all jam packed into 1 hour!

Club Rhythm
This fun dance-based fitness class will have you grooving to the beats and learning dance combos while keeping the heart rate up and challenging the body with interspersed intervals of strengthening and sculpting exercises. Jumping is included in this class but modifications are available for every jump to keep the class low-impact and all levels are welcome! Be sure to wear your athletic shoes!

HIIT the Club
This class is a high-intensity interval training based workout that focuses on circuits, tabata and intervals to keep the heart rate up and challenge the body. Some classes may utilize the rebounder or props but all exercises can also be performed on the ground with modifications to your comfort level to keep it LIIT (low-impact)! And of course, with a name like HIIT the Club, the playlists for these workouts will help drive you to your edge and push you to excel. All levels welcome. Please wear athletic sneakers.

Club Power Yoga
An upbeat and energizing vinyasa-style flow with added strengthening exercises to create a unique blend of power and relaxation. This class will combine the fluidity of yoga with targeted core, upper, and lower body strengthening, incorporating challenging poses designed to build stamina, strength, and focus.

Club Zen Mobility
Cultivate unity among all aspects of your life through deep breathing, core strengthening exercises and true connection with your inner self. Flow, set intentions and manifest in this unique yoga class.
