Barre is a low-impact, high-results workout that focuses on small movements that lengthen, strengthen and tone muscles. We focus on low-impact isometric movements that tone and sculpt all those little muscles you never knew you had while creating long lean lines. Form is most important in this class keeping you and your joints safe at all times. Find your shake, let it burn and see the growth all while jamming out to a fun playlist! Barre socks required for this class.
Not feeling the barre but want an awesome burn while toning those muscles? Club Sculpt is perfect for you! As a full-body low-impact mat class, it is designed to target and fatigue each major muscle group, including the arms, thighs, seat, and core. We utilize a variety of exercise props to maximize effective results. This class is high energy, fast-paced and gives a great cardio workout as well! You may wear barre socks, athletic sneakers or practice barefoot. All levels welcome!

A low-impact rebounding class filled with sweat, fun and adrenaline! This heart pumping class will leave you feeling strong and energized. No muscle will go untouched with this full body cardio sculpting class. 300 lb weight maximum.
